Shipping Information

UK DELIVERIES 

All items except Dog Beds, ID Tags, Phone Cases, EasyEat products and made to order items will be shipped from our warehouse. Dog Beds and EasyEat products will not be eligible for free shipping.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD (Next Day delivery). You will be emailed with shipping confirmation once we start to process your order. A tracking code will be provided with a link to the service used. Please ensure you have given an active email address or phone number to receive updates on your order.
 
Please note that during busy periods, paid shipping takes priority. If you need an order urgently, we recommend that you select DPD Delivery at checkout.

*99.4% of paid for DPD Delivery orders placed before 2.30pm are despatched on the same day. However, around peak times such as launch days and sales, there may be occasions where we are not able to meet this deadline. We will always endeavour to communicate these delays with you. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be shipped the following working day. This excludes Northern Ireland and weekend delivery. Please note that orders placed on Friday before 2.30pm will be despatched the same day but will not be delivered until Monday. 
**Paid for DPD Delivery will take priority over orders which receive Free DPD Delivery. If you need to guarantee your order will arrive asap, it may be worthwhile paying for DPD Delivery, especially on busy days such as launches and sales.
 

We are not responsible for delays to deliveries that are as a result of the courier.

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. 

Next Day Delivery is not available on pre-ordered or made to order items such as Phone Cases and I.D. Tags. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of these products.

We are unable to combine multiple orders.

We are currently unable to ship Disney© products Internationally. Due to our license being UK/Ireland only. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We ship via Royal Mail and DPD tracked services, this will update on its route to the customer. 

Shipping is calculated at the checkout for orders shipped outside of the UK, based on weight and country. 

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

MISSING ORDERS

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact Royal Mail with enquiries to missing orders. If they have been shipped back to us due to an incomplete address, we will be able to re-send this out to you but the postage will need to be re-paid and a reliable address used. 

Please keep an eye on your order tracking as if you have had an attempted delivery and do not collect within the local courier's time frame, the order will be shipped back to us. This will result in further charges for your order to be shipped back out to you or the items from your order being refunded and cancelled.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

By purchasing Shipping Protection for an additional £2.99, customers receive coverage for their order against theft, loss, or damage during transit. The following terms and conditions apply:

  1. Coverage Scope

    • Shipping Protection covers the value of the items in your order, excluding shipping fees, against theft, loss, or damage during delivery.
    • Coverage begins from the moment your order is dispatched and ends upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
  2. Eligibility and Claims

    • Shipping Protection must be added to your order at the time of checkout.
    • In the event of theft, loss, or damage, claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date or upon receipt of the damaged order.
    • Evidence such as photos of damaged items or official confirmation of loss/non-delivery from the carrier may be required to process your claim.
  3. Resolution

    • Approved claims will be resolved by either:
      a. Resending your original order at no additional cost, or
      b. Issuing a full refund, as per your preference.
    • Resolutions will be processed promptly following claim approval.
  4. Exclusions

    • Shipping Protection does not cover incorrect addresses provided at checkout, refused deliveries, or items delivered to mail forwarding services or P.O. boxes.
    • Claims for minor cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s functionality may not qualify.
  5. Customer Responsibility

    • Customers must ensure accurate shipping information at checkout to ensure eligibility.
    • Any claims filed outside the specified timeframe may not be processed.
