Washing Instructions

We recommend hand washing all of our accessories, however for tough stains add stain remover and always place products inside a pillow case/wash bag, then you can place into the washing machine and wash at 30 degrees.

Please note we cannot guarantee specific pattern placement on harnesses and we cannot hand pick desired pattern placements due to volume of orders.

Sizing

PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE UPDATED SIZING. New sizes in this collection have an extended chest length. See size guide.

All of our products have been lab tested here in the UK, undergoing sudden impact and pull tests. The sudden impact weights were used to replicate the sudden pulling on the products by a dog.

Shipping Information

UK DELIVERIES 

All items except ID Tags, phone cases and made to order clothing will be shipped from our warehouse.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD (Next Day delivery). You will be emailed with shipping confirmation once we start to process your order. A tracking code will be provided with a link to the service used. Please ensure you have given an active email address or phone number to receive updates on your order.

 

Please note that during busy periods, paid shipping takes priority. If you need an order urgently, we recommend that you select DPD Delivery at checkout.

*99% of paid for DPD Delivery orders placed before 2.30pm are despatched on the same day. However, around peak times such as launch days and sales, there may be occasions where we are not able to meet this deadline. We will always endeavour to communicate these delays with you. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be shipped the following working day. This excludes Northern Ireland and weekend delivery. Please note that orders placed on Friday before 2.30pm will be despatched the same day but will not be delivered until Monday. 

**Paid for DPD Delivery will take priority over orders which receive Free DPD Delivery. If you need to guarantee your order will arrive asap, it may be worthwhile paying for DPD Delivery, especially on busy days such as launches and sales.

 

We are not responsible for delays to deliveries that are as a result of the courier.

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. 

Next Day Delivery is not available on pre-ordered or made to order items such as Phone Cases and I.D. Tags. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of these products.

We are unable to combine multiple orders.

We are currently unable to ship Disney© products Internationally. Due to our license being UK/Ireland only. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We ship via Royal Mail and DPD tracked services, this will update on its route to the customer. 

Shipping is calculated at the checkout for orders shipped outside of the UK, based on weight and country. 

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

MISSING ORDERS

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact Royal Mail with enquiries to missing orders. If they have been shipped back to us due to an incomplete address, we will be able to re-send this out to you but the postage will need to be re-paid and a reliable address used. 

Please keep an eye on your order tracking as if you have had an attempted delivery and do not collect within the local courier's time frame, the order will be shipped back to us. This will result in further charges for your order to be shipped back out to you or the items from your order being refunded and cancelled.
